- Is submitting a startup free?
- Yes. Every startup gets a permanent listing with a dofollow link for free once it passes review. Boosts only add visibility on top.
- What is the difference between Featured and Promoted?
- Featured puts your startup in the Featured list on the home page and on category pages with a Featured badge. Promoted adds a pinned row at the top of the Trending and Recently launched lists plus a spot in the ticker at the top of every page, and includes everything in Featured.
- When does the boost start?
- Right after the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. If you buy a boost while one is still running, the new days are added to the end of the current period.
- Does a boost change my upvotes or ranking?
- No. Upvotes are always real. A boost changes where the listing is shown, never its points.
- How do I pay?
- Payments are handled by Mollie. Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and several bank methods are supported depending on your country. You get a receipt by email.
- Can I get a refund?
- If the boost has not started, yes, in full. Once it is running we refund the unused days if something on our side went wrong. See the refund policy.
