About Medusa
Medusa is a headless commerce engine in TypeScript that you extend with your own modules rather than fighting a template. It covers carts, orders, payments, fulfilment and multi region pricing, and leaves the storefront entirely to you.

v2.21.0 just landed. the module system means you extend it instead of forking it.

Multi region pricing is handled properly. That is usually where these projects fall over...
