The migration detail: Self hosted means the customer data never leaves our vpc. That is the only reason legal approved automation at all.

fair point but for self hosting your own workflows it makes no practical difference.

Ai agent nodes work better than I expected. Built a support triage flow in an evening. The admin panel has survived worse.
