Deno runs TypeScript directly, sandboxes file, network and environment access unless you grant it, and ships a formatter, linter and test runner in the box. Deno Deploy runs the same code on servers close to your users.

Npm compatibility got good enough that the old objection is mostly gone...

V2.9.6 and it has been stable. The built in formatter and test runner save a lot of config.
