ElevenLabs turns text into speech in a large number of languages and voices. It also does voice cloning, dubbing for video, sound effects and a conversational agent API. Publishers, game studios and indie creators use it for narration and localisation.

The part people skip: Quality is not close. I tried four others and came back within a day.

As someone who has tried both, The voice cloning consent stuff is handled better than I expected. You have to verify.

Credits disappear faster than you plan for. Do the maths on your actual word count first. That has saved me a few silly afternoons.

Used it to dub a course into three languages. The result is not perfect but it is good enough to ship.
