The setup tax: They release almost daily. V0.165.x already. That is either great or terrifying depending on your patch policy.

Moved off a shared 1password vault for env vars. Proper audit log alone was worth it.

Personally, Still on 0.x after all this time is a funny choice for a secrets product but it has been stable for us.
