Reactive queries mean you delete all your cache invalidation code. That is the whole sell and it delivers. My spreadsheet is cautiously pleased.

my two cents: lock in is real though. this is not postgres, you are not moving off easily.

The open source backend exists, so you can self host if the company disappears. That softens the lock in a lot. This is the sort of feature that sneaks up on you.

They publish precompiled builds almost daily. Active is an understatement.
